It’s no secret…we love to party!
Celebrate your special occasion at The Loading Dock!
Our Tent is perfect for bridal and baby showers, birthday and anniversary parties, rehearsal dinners, and class reunions.
The Tent can be reserved for four hour time blocks:
Monday – Friday: Anytime beginning 11am – 6pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11am – 3pm or 12pm – 4pm
pricing & capacity
Rental includes up to 4 hours. Available times are: Monday – Friday anytime beginning 11am – 6pm; Saturday & Sunday 11am – 3pm or 12pm – 4pm.
Whole Tent (100 guests max): $400
Half Tent (50 guests max): $200

Please see our Catering Menu for selections and pricing. Catering is not required to reserve The Tent. A minimum of 50 guests is required for catering. All food and beverage must be purchased through The Loading Dock. No outside food or beverage is allowed, with the exception of desserts.
payments
The rental fee is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation and is nonrefundable. If you have chosen a catered meal, the final guest count, final menu selection, and final balance are due one week prior to your event. All food and beverage charges are subject to 8.5% sales tax and 20% gratuity. Please note, all credit/debit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
other information
White linens are available for an additional fee. Outside entertainment is not allowed (i.e. band, Dj, etc.). Decorations such as balloons, streamers, candles, and banners are welcome – no confetti, please.
