Celebrate your special occasion at The Loading Dock!
Our Tent is perfect for bridal and baby showers, birthday and anniversary parties, rehearsal dinners, and class reunions.
pricing & capacity
Whole Tent (100 guests max): $400
Half Tent (50 guests max): $200
Available times are: Monday – Friday anytime beginning 11am – 6pm; Saturday & Sunday 11am – 3pm or 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to stay after your allotted time has ended, however we ask that any vacant tables be released to other customers.
There is a Catering Minimum of $600 plus tax and gratuity.

The rental fee is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation. This fee is nonrefundable. The final guest count, menu selection, and catering balance are due one week prior to your event. All food and beverage charges are subject to 9% sales tax and 20% gratuity. Please note, all credit/debit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.
food & beverage
Please see our Catering Menu for selections and pricing. There is a $600 Catering minimum for Saturday & Sunday reservations. You may choose a host bar or a cash bar for your event. Unlimited soda, tea, and lemonade is available for $3.75 per person. Unlimited tea and lemonade is available for $3.00 per person. No outside food or beverage is allowed, with the exception of desserts.
other information
Outside entertainment is not allowed (i.e. band, Dj, etc.). Decorations such as balloons, streamers, candles, and banners are welcome – no confetti, please.
