The Loading Dock Bar and Grill is located in Grafton, Illinois at the confluence of the Mississippi and Illinois rivers.  Like being on vacation, it's the only place like it in the St. Louis area where you can sit by the water and watch the boat traffic on the river while enjoying stunning views of the palisades.
